Meditation for Stress

Time: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

It is not necessarily the big things that cause us problems, instead, it is the myriad of little things, those small, annoying things that accumulate throughout the day, wearing us down that really cause havoc with our emotions, our immune system, our ability to think clearly and feel good. This class will focus on specific, easy, user friendly meditation techniques to help us better cope with those little frustrating stressful things that make up everyday life.
